As a well-being coach, I help people create balance in their lives. Balance by bringing about harmony to the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves. When we have that balance we're able to cope with the challenges that can occur in our lives - it gives us a solid foundation, like a tree with strong roots able to withstand the gales. We're all individuals, so the balance isn't the same for everyone; but I love working with people to explore what it is for them and the actions to help achieve it.

There's a lovely quote... Health isn't just the absence of disease. It's being physically and mentally able to live joyfully and in alignment with your deepest self. You have the ability to build health every day. Just be open to new ideas and to adopting new habits.

Upcoming Sessions with Rose


We are keen to get back to running group sessions outside again as soon as possible. We know we can do this safely with limited numbers of people and some sessions will be starting back in July. We are carefully following Government guidelines so it is possible that this will happen in England before Wales, but we will keep you in the loop.

In the meantime, we have other resources you can access. People are telling us they’re finding them helpful to navigate the current situation. 

Connect and get supported in any or all of these additional ways:

  • Breathing Space - these regular online drop-in groups provide a safe space to destress and breathe again. You will leave feeling more resourceful, relaxed and focused. They are FREE, open to all and there is no need to book.
  • Virtual Sessions (listed below) – we are keen to offer support during this lock down period. Virtual sessions will follow a similar format to our face to face ones. Book on to a session below to receive a link to this month's podcast, we request that you listen to the podcast before the session start so that we can explore the theme together as a small group using a virtual online platform.
  • Closed Facebook group – another safe, non-judgemental space where people can share and support each other to take care of their own wellbeing.
  • Weekly emails – exploring our different themes, another support for everyone around their own wellbeing and making positive life changes.
