I have always been passionate about supporting people to live their best lives. I love being outside and walking and when I realised that both these things could be combined with amazing results, Fresh Air Fridays was born. In order to achieve maximum health and wellness we need time in nature, as well as to move our bodies and still our minds. These are the under lying principles on which Fresh Air Fridays has been built. I would really love to show you what it is all about, so please get in touch so you can come along and see for yourself. You are welcome to come along to any one of our sessions for FREE, if you love it and I believe you will, you can join the community and go on as many of the sessions we run as you choose.
