I have always experienced nature as a safe and nurturing space where I can be my most authentic self. Being in the fresh air and surrounded by nature provides me with a sense of freedom, perspective and inspiration that helps me think more clearly and supports my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
I discovered Fresh Air Fridays at a pivotal time in my life when I chose to take a leap of faith in my personal and professional journey. It provides a community that inspires me in my role as coach and facilitator and it feels like the most natural thing to take my work outside.
I believe we are all experts in our own lives and that we possess the capacity to discover for ourselves what we need to be at our best, and I feel privileged to help people on their journey. Fresh Air Fridays combines some of the key elements that benefit my own health and well-being; nature, mindfulness, connection & community and I would love you to join me. My sessions offer you the valuable time and space to invest in yourself and explore a range of topics and strategies to support your well-being, whilst enjoying the natural beauty of the Yorkshire countryside.
