My first encounter with Fresh Air Fridays was at a business exhibition in London that left me with an impression that there is something special in this concept. I was not disappointed! My first Fresh Air Fridays session, with the theme “Comfort Zone” was with Corrine Thomas in Silchester. I was hooked! Very soon after I was doing my facilitator training in Wales.
As a leadership and communication business trainer, as well as a medical herbalist, naturopath and kinesiologist, Fresh Air Fridays compliments my skill set perfectly. My love of nature, healing herbs, nature’s gifts and a holistic approach to wellbeing on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Fresh Air Fridays is about self-leadership – nourishing yourself and “Filling yourself up first”, in a safe space, enhanced by nature. In other words this is about spending quality time with like-minded people, exploring a theme that supports your personal development and your wellbeing.
We will be moving our bodies and stilling our minds as we walk in the beautiful countryside around Wantage and other parts of Oxfordshire. Each month has a different theme that we explore giving you an opportunity to take time out and focus on what you need.
