As a member of our team, you don?t have to have everything figured out, but you do need to be committed to your own wellbeing. Being a Fresh Air Fridays facilitator is about exactly that – it?s about the being rather than the doing.
We focus on total wellbeing, which incorporates all aspects of ourselves; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. What this means to you will be unique. What is consistent is how to achieve it, which is what we can provide.
At our heart is community and connection.
We are open and honest with ourselves and with each other, creating a safe space to explore what is most important to us and those around us.
Facilitators access the skills, support and space to promote their own wellbeing and then create that on their own sessions for others to experience.
We work both in organisations and with groups of individuals in the community.
Some of our facilitators run programmes for individuals in their local area, others work with organisations – some do both. If you decide to become a facilitator, you’ll be able to choose which works best for you.
Fresh Air Fridays is a well known and respected resource for people to access the skills, support and space they desire to support them in their own wellbeing.
Fresh Air Fridays is also committed to influencing wellbeing policy and practice across Wales and the UK.
